Picasso PRO and its partners connect around values and the empowerment of individuals. Our collaborations are based on trust and an awareness of overall social goals which go beyond any one organization’s efforts. They are bound by personal connections; they are peer-based and require knowledge-sharing and mutual support in dealing with complex problems. Our work with organizations focuses on impact not necessarily growth; quality rather than numbers. It is about leveraging ‘complementary competencies’ so that those who are doing good things can do them better.
